Just recently purchased some tires from now customer service was a okay they go above and beyond to make sure everything is good with your car before you leave I thank them for the service the best I've had in a while

I purchased a 2017 Toyota Camry XSE February 26,2026 from Wholesale Tire in West Point, MS for around $11,400 with 155,119 miles on the dash. At the time of purchase, I was told nothing was wrong with the next day i experienced my car shaking with acceleration I was told tires just needed some air when i purchased it He gave me a “new tire “ come to find out the vehicle had multiple issues and was not properly serviced. I got it looked after coming back from out of town realizing I was losing coolant and the shaking was worse .I had to replace another tire then the shaking died down a little and it start back shaking … Problems found include: No oil change performed at time of purchase Tire had a plug in it when sold Vehicle shakes at speeds over 60 MPH Left rear tire was separating internally Left front wheel bearing has severe slack (causing noise, vibration, and noise while turning/braking) Front brake rotors are warped with severe hot spots (causing vibration when braking at higher speeds) Coolant leak from water outlet pipe at cylinder head (pipe was loose and slightly bent) Engine air filter is very dirty Cabin air filter is very dirty A lug nut was damaged during tire service A “new tire “ was installed, but issues continued because of the bad tire that was given by Wholesale… Overall, I’ve had multiple mechanical issues with the vehicle shortly after purchase, along with additional service problems afterward. And was told I was only given 30 days if something was wrong with it but I didn’t get no paper work saying that .Now I’m left to pay my bank back 14,000 and 1,800 in repairs. While he got his money up front SAME DAY without a problem. I will not recommend this place to anyone big liars and very unprofessional.

Ms. Barber, I am not sure where your messaging is coming from, however per our conversation you told me that the car was fine. You advised that you drove it to Illinois several times. Also, before you purchased the car I told you to take it to your mechanic check it out thoroughly. After the purchase you told me that the tire had a plug in it, so I replaced it with a new tire no question asked. The things you mentioned above are things that you would have noticed during the test drive and when your mechanic checked it out. Also, you mentioned a bad new tire I get the majority of my tires from ATD. If there were an issue with the tire, you could reached out and I would have replaced it with no issues. As I mentioned earlier per our conversation, you only said that it was a good car and that you made several trips to Illinois. Your messaging does not match the conversation that we had about the vehicle, and I do not feel that you would drive a car to Illinois multiple times with those issues.
